St. Croix is a paradise for beach lovers, and Rainbow Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. With its soft white sand, crystal-clear turquoise water, and stunning views of the Caribbean Sea, Rainbow Beach is a must-visit for any traveler.

But Rainbow Beach is not just a beautiful beach – it’s also home to Rhythms Kitchen, a restaurant that offers delicious Caribbean cuisine and sometimes live music. As a traveler who is spending some time on St. Croix, I can say that my experience at Rainbow Beach and Rhythms Kitchen was nothing short of amazing!

My day started with a visit to Rainbow Beach, where I spent a few hours swimming, snorkeling, and sunbathing. But if you’re feeling more adventurous, Rainbow Beach is also the perfect spot for a variety of watersports! You can rent kayaks, paddleboards, and even jet skis to explore the beautiful Caribbean Sea.

After my beach and water sports adventures, I worked up an appetite and decided to head to Rhythms Kitchen for lunch. The restaurant was located right on the beach, and I was immediately struck by the vibrant colors and the laid-back atmosphere. The staff greeted me with a warm smile and seated me at a table with a stunning view of the sea.

The menu at Rhythms Kitchen offered a variety of Caribbean dishes, and I decided to try the blackened mahi fish bites, clam strips, calamari rings, sesame tuna, and a passion fruit margarita. Everything was fresh and flavorful, with different tangy and citrus sauces that complemented the fish, calamari, and clam perfectly. And the margarita was one of the best I’ve ever had – sweet, flavorful, and with just the right amount of tequila. And yes, I had an elephant beer for dessert.
In conclusion, if you’re planning a trip to St. Croix, make sure to add Rainbow Beach and Rhythms Kitchen to your itinerary. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing day at the beach, an adventurous watersports excursion, or a fun night out with delicious food, Rainbow Beach and Rhythms Kitchen has got you covered!

Oh, and on the way out I saw that they had a solar installation in the parking lot too, which I love coming from a background in the solar industry.
