Leatherback Brewing Company celebrated its 5th Anniversary on Saturday, May 20th with live music and a DJ, plus face painting and games for kids. Food trucks were on-site serving up delicious bites, and St. Croix Animal Welfare Center brought along some of their furry friends to have fun with the public while encouraging people to adopt a pup or two.

That was the journey for 19 Crucian Island dogs and pups who were en route to their future adopted homes in Florida and beyond.
